Quality Management System Manager

Develop QMS strategy to assure customer & regulatory compliance and provide guidance to the entire organization in Mexicali.
Lead QMS team to support operations in order to achieve internal goals.
Responsible to coordinate external/internal audit program which includes Integrated Management System (AS9100, ISO4500, ISO14000), Technical Audits (NADCAP), regulatory (EASA/DGAC/FAA) and Internal compliance audits.
Feedback the organization in regards Quality System status and opportunities.
Lead QMS technician team (Doc Control, Tooling, Calibration, Metrology) to support operations needs as well as implement continuous improvement projects and assure compliance under his/her responsibilities.
Assure all employees to be acknowledge and in compliance with external/ customer/regulatory requirements.
Lead QMS Engineers in order to monitor and improve through all the business units the health of the IMS.
Participate in RRCA Lean Events to improve processes.
Maintain alignment and close communication with Corporate and sister plants.
Responsible to administrate CAPA/QMS platforms.
**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- +3 years' experience as QMS or Quality Manager
- Be able to lead salaries & indirect employees
- Strong interpretation of Integrated Management System requirements, Specs.
and technical writing.
- Provide solutions to a variety of QMS complex opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with other international locations.
PC skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
