.**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for Quality Management System Manager**The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a Quality Management System Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele includes professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.- Establish quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on quality-related issues, including corrective and preventive actions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Lead risk management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate potential quality and compliance risks.- Drive a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization through training, coaching, and communication initiatives.- Stay informed about changes in regulations, standards, and industry trends related to quality management systems and incorporate relevant updates into the QMS.- Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance and facilitating the resolution of any findings.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering, quality management, or a related field.- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.- Certification in quality management is highly desirable.- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools, including statistical analysis and root cause analysis.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary.- Direct contract with the company.- All benefits by Law
