Job DescriptionOverall responsible for Quality management and Quality awareness in the Plant, working in close cooperation with the Value Stream Managers to achieve the Quality objectives.Manages the relationship with external stakeholders in relation to Quality management and stakeholder satisfaction monitoring.Sets the strategy for Quality management in the Plant and manages the resources for the achievement of Quality objectives.Continuously improve business processes & performance through Continuous Improvement Process (System CIP, Daily management).Performs various technical processes related to compliance with quality specifications required by customers and applicable regulation and governance.Plans and coordinates the activities of the Quality competence center, such as: receipt inspection, finished product inspection (product audit), quality engineering, CMM laboratory, destructive tests, equipment calibration, aviation inspection (FAA), document control, among others.Controls and documents the Quality Manual based on ISO9001 / AS9100 requirements.Coordinates the system of corrective and preventive actions, as well as customer complaints. Request and support corrective actions to Value Streams, suppliers and sister Plants.Is responsible for Quality documentation for production, such as first parts, final inspection, FAI, PCP, FMEA, among others.Provides follow-up and coaching in statistical process control (SPC) programs and use of statistical tools, including Six Sigma.Is responsible for the different reports of Quality performance indicators on Plant level.Provides feedback to operators, line managers, supervisors, etc. on the defects or nonconformities found.Promotes, coordinates and develops Quality awareness and competences in associates.Management representative in Quality Systems (AS9100).Participates in audits of AS9100, ISO45001 and ISO14001.Participates and coordinates training courses and coaching, as well as any other plan or program or campaign established to achieve the objectives.Coordinates the implementation of Excellence principles and the EFQM model.Drive I4.0 and digitization project based on business requirement for the Quality management area.QualificationsEducation: University degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent blend of education and work experience. Advanced English level. Full professional expertise.Experience: Minimum five years of managerial and leadership experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated track record of success in leading a comparable department. PCBA manufacturing and IPC standards. Knowledge of GD&T and CMM laboratory management. Experience in product compliance testing such as RoHS, REACH, etc. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Dynamic, proactive, takes initiatives to identify and start improvements. Working knowledge of Bosch policies and procedures. Preference for competence and experience in Six Sigma. Knowledge in Safety, Health, and Environmental protection.
