1. Verify adherence to the Quality policies that govern the Company. 2. Manages the ISO 9001 Quality management system. 3. Follows up on out-of-specification raw materials detected on the production floor and evaluates production rejections related to raw materials. 4. Prepare raw material deviations. 5. Perform internal audits on the quality system. 6. Monitor and periodically analyze through graphs the results of OOBA in aspects such as cosmetics, dimensional, taking actions in the areas of opportunity that arise. 7. Defines and establishes Quality criteria. 8. It relies on probability and statistics for decision making. 9. Initiates internal/external corrective actions, assigns responsible, reviews effectiveness of the actions and closes the corrective action. 10. Leader in communication, coordination of meetings and follow-up on customer complaints and problems with suppliers, 8Ds and CPARs. 11. Responsible for evaluation and disposition of client returns, following up on internal corrective actions generated from the return analysis. 12. Participates in information meetings with supervisors and line leaders on progress, levels and quality results, both internal and external. 13. Performs planning, scheduling and administration of projects assigned to him/her, requested by his/her immediate boss. 14. Gives priority to work activities in coordination with the needs of the production area. 15. Apply, encourage and monitor compliance with the Quality System 16. Interacts professionally with internal and external clients and suppliers. 17. Maintains discipline, cleanliness and order in your work area. 18. Participates as part of the company's group of internal Quality auditors. 19. Supports other activities inherent to their position and special projects 20. Responsible for compliance with all policies, regulations and provisions established by the company. 21. Verify adherence to the HSE policies that rules the Company.
Experiência y requisitos
You must have : 1. English language proficiency (spoken, written), 90% 2. +3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer 3. Knowledge of Quality Engineering Methodologies 4. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic engineering or related. 5. Passport/Visa to travel to the United States 6. Self-direction and troubleshooting 7. Positive attitude 8. Capacity for analysis and synthesis in problems 9. Orientation towards customer service. 10. Supplier management 11. Follow-up on corrective actions.
