- Experienced Manager, with history of managing a staff >30+
- Provide direction to subordinates based on general policies and management guidance.
- Interpret and execute procedures that reflect organizational policies.
- Recommend modifications to operating policies where needed with clear justifications.
- Accomplish results through direct reports.
- Exercise significant latitude and independence in assignments.
- Advise on tasks, projects and all operational matters where appropriate.
- Actively involved in daily operations as required to meet schedules, and resolve complex problems.
- Frequent contacts with global functional leaders including Global Quality, internal personnel and external customer representatives at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling of all Quality activities.
Additional Information
**WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU**:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
- 10+ years manufacturing / engineering / quality or related experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Certified Lead Auditor in ISO Standards, with experience required.
- Sound engineering and people-leading skills.
Assertive, and focused on Quality principles to uphold strong reputation is a necessity.
- Demonstrated understanding and skills in project and program management required.
- Six Sigma black belt, with experience in leading complex Quality improvement projects preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and clear articulation to interact with upper management and clients required.
- Strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail is an advantage.
- Strong scientific and engineering knowledge, along with methodical approach to problem solving needed.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to be an adviser to stakeholders / clients and to build strong and sustainable relationships.
- Skilled in team building and experience in effectively working with cross-functional leaders
