Job title: Quality Manager
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (On-site) TGRC is currently looking for a Quality Manager to supervise, inspect, and assess the completion of quality work by each department in the organization.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for decomposing and developing annual quality indicators based on the company's quality strategy, and organizing implementation to achieve the target.
Organize the collection of relevant information and provide the department's annual quality target plan to the head of the Quality Management Department.
Responsible for preparing the annual quality work plan, reporting it to company leaders, and organizing the implementation after approval.
Supervise, inspect, and assess the completion of quality work by each department
Responsible for tracking and handling customer complaints, ensuring no recurrence of defects, and no Class A complaints.
Responsible for customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction.
Promote the reduction of internal defects and ensure the achievement of internal quality indicators.
Track and handle internal defects such as inspection defects and final inspection defects, organize and coordinate the implementation of improvement measures, and achieve internal quality improvement.
Organize quality monthly meetings to review the achievement of internal and external quality indicators, review issues about the quality management system, and achieve continuous optimization of the quality management system.
Respond to second and third-party audits, and promote improvement and closure of audit issues. Talent cultivation and team building for inspection and quality control personnel.
Qualification RequirementsEducational requirements Bachelor's Degree or above.
Professional knowledge requirements.
Familiar with ISO9001, TS 16949 (or ISO9000), ISO14001, and ISO18001 system-related knowledge, familiar with the management mode of manufacturing enterprises, proficient in using Office.
Work experience/training experience: 5-10 years of experience in quality management for manufacturing enterprises (metal stamping product quality management is preferred), or in process management or production management.
Proficient in TS16949 (or ISO9000) management system certification, with at least 5 years of system certification work experience and experience in document writing.
TS16949 internal auditor certificate or ISO9000 internal auditor certificate is preferred.
6-sigma qualification certification is preferred.
DOB: 1980-1990 is great for this role
