.**Responsibilities**:Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.Writing technical and management systems reports.Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.Persuading staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.Manage and maintain the Company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA.Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.Quality managers also monitor and advise on the performance of the QMS & EMS Integration and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.Liaising with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly.Advise on changes and their implementation and providing training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.Ensure the compliance and improvement plans for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & IATF 16949.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's Degree in an applied science or engineering field.Experience preferably as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry and / or manufacturing processes (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 & IATF 16949:2016).3 years prior experience in Quality Assurance for consumer product manufacturer.Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors.Experience in quality management systems, quality system audits.Working knowledge of statistical analysis including SPC/SQC preferred
