Responsible for the administration of the management and control of the quality of our products. Maintains communication throughout the organization and even between corporate plants, as well as with quality system certification peers and customers.Establish, implement, maintain, and allocate the necessary resources for compliance with the applicable management system actions- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the implementation, documentation, and requirements of new products and/or new processes are carried out as specified in the procedures.- Perform and follow up on organizational changes in your department to maintain support in operational areas and improve product quality.- Coordinate and participate in the planning and execution of internal audits.- Receive, analyze and respond to customer complaints about quality failures.- Ensure the flow of information on customer complaints to the management team and areas involved.- Responsible for establishing, implementing, measuring, controlling, and maintaining the processes of the Quality Management System, as well as reporting to senior management on its performance.- Follow up on time compliance with the follow-up and closure of corrective and preventive actions according to the procedure.- Follow up on improvement projects, savings, trainings, certifications, and related events for each project.- Provide technical assistance to the operation to resolve quality issues and improve process capability.- Advise Critical National and International suppliers that impact the organization in poor quality.- Promote proper cross-functional training for assigned quality personnel in order to improve and increase their skill and multi-skill.- Develop training material and participate as an internal trainer (training programs regarding quality, quality system).- Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Quality Management System- Approve / Reject products / processes / systems on quality aspects.- Concession / Divert products and processes with respect to their quality status or situation.- Disposition of parts / materials including SCRAP.- Accept / Reject customer complaints.- Require corrective / preventive actions or improvement in product quality, process capability or performance of the quality management system processes
