**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**1. Insures the Compliance to Quality Objectives (Quality Costs, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) and the effectiveness of Corrective Measures.2. Coordinates the Fulfillment of the Inspection Procedures (Raw Material and/or Processes and Final Product) to insure the Quality Requirements (*).3. Develops and Analyzes Process Performance by comparing Statistical Data and Acceptance Criteria seeking more Efficient Costs and Cycle Times, guaranteeing Product Quality and Reliability.4. Keeps Abreast of new developments in Techniques, Systems, Test Equipment and Quality Criteria, adapting them to the Organization and Supervising their Implementation.5. Participates in the Planning, Development and Transfer of New Products or Changes in Parts, Materials or Processes.6. Coordinates the Management of Quality Systems and Applicable Certification Systems (ISO, QS, FDA, etc.) including the Development, Maintenance and Updating of Documentation, Processes, and Records.7. Supervises the Calibration System for Test and Measurement Equipment.8. Represents the Company before Regulatory Agencies and/or Certification Agencies and Professional Organizations such as ASQ.9. Directly attends Failure Analysis, Complaints and Information requests from Clients.10. Can act as a Facilitator to the Managerial Staff regarding Continuous Improvement Programs, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Etc.11. Develops, Implements and Maintains, in Coordination with other Areas (i.E. Purchasing and Materials, Engineering, Etc.), the Supplier Quality Programs.12.
