Manufacturing operations reside in Hendersonville, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Plympton, MA, Christiansburg, VA, Acuna, MX and Tijuana, MX.**Job Description**:Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and measuring the effectiveness of quality established, in order to assure the assembly elaboration of products in accordance to internal quality standards.- Ensure that the personnel under their charge comply with the organization's politics, procedures and programs- Facilitates the tools, resources, feedback, direction and motivation to their personnel in charge so that goals established and expected results in the organization are met.- Develops and analyzes the performance of the process by using statistical data and acceptance criteria ensuring quality and reliability of the product.- Participates in planning, development and the transfer of products or modifications to parts or processes- Coordinates the administration of the quality system and applicable certifications; The QC manager is always up to date in techniques, with equipment and quality criteria; Supervises the system calibration test and measurement equipment.- Represents the company before regulatory and/or certifying agencies (UL, CSA, ETL).- Attends faults, unconformities and requests for customer information- Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and acting as a facilitator to his team; administers and managesperformance, and promotes interdepartmental working.- Responsible for the administration and auditing of internal company procedures- Responsible for administering internal and external CARs- Direct, plan, organize and implement quality strategies, methodologies and tools for continuous improvement of internal procedures
