**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Documentation and Training Performs internal audits of processes to the departments previously in the annual program, ensuring that each department is reviewed twice a year.Receiving Inspection, In Process and Final InspectionEstablish documentation use Emerson BPMeasurement Instruments transfer, selection and controlBuilt in Quality in the processUse Lean techniques to Detect, Stop and EliminateInitiate ISO STDWork with BU to implement BPMonitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, determined by each department as a result of an audit or some other customer problem.Reviews the reports of non-conforming material and generates corrective and preventive actions to definitively eliminate the derived problems.Reviews the engineering changes to make the corresponding engineering adjustments or changes in production, lead those found in the shop floor.Timely provides a provision on the use and / or destination of internal or external non-conforming materials.Stays up to date on quality standards and customer specifications.Follow up on Quality Assurance regarding the quality system.Manage subordinate personnel, checking their work.Coordination with Manufacturing Engineers and Supervisors, participate in solving technical problems.
