Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems in procedures.Manages one subordinate supervisor who supervises up to a total o 15 employees in QA.
Receiving inspection lab and QA manufacturing support also directly supervises multiple non-supervisory employees.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
