.**Position Summary**The Quality manager has the full responsibility to ensure execution of all value streams comply 100% with customer specific requirements, control plan execution and PFMEA update. Quality Manager has the authority and responsibility to ensure quality census across specific program or group of customer value streams towards ensuring designed quality program is being executed and improved; quality manager is responsible to provide the resources required and agree upon.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Flow 5****I.**Ensure proper execution of customer satisfaction though all manufacturing value streams.**II.**Ensure internal Customer Score Cards and quality KPI's performance are met though all manufacturing value streams.**III.**Ensure value stream processes are compliant to standards: automotive (IATF); customers (AIAG, VDA); supplier and internal (OSA)**IV.**Ensure proper execution of safe introduction of product & process changes.**Flow 4****I.**Validates new projects / new processes to ensure customer satisfaction.**II.**Ensure proper execution of quality assurance system.**Flow 5 / Mass production**:Ensure proper execution of customer satisfaction though all manufacturing value streams.**Problem management**Ensure proper liaison with Customer Service Engineers to rapidly address quality escapes.**- Containment: immediate. Ensure that quality checks & rework are well defined, managed & data collected for effectiveness verification- Ensure that the CSE "Go & See" the problem to correctly assess it, communicate with customer and avoid false alerts- First answer: 24H- Final answer with root cause identified and action plan defined: 14 days- Maintain a clear communication channel with customer supplier quality engineer to avoid unnecessary escalations- Ensure temporary measures are eliminated once process performance & stabilization are back to expected levels.**Ensure proper update customer portals****Ensure proper update & communication to the organization the value stream customer satisfaction metrics****Prevention management**Ensure the process surveillance**:- Ensure proper update scope & frequency permanently to ensure key process standards are executed according to standards- Decide with quality management to stop the production if customer risk is estimated too high- Ensure quality auditor staffing is sufficient to realize efficiently process surveillance- Ensure Proper train and support Quality Auditors.**Ensure Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) compliance**- Ensure proper release of new CSR applicable for his/her customer and value stream- Ensure the compliance of his/her value stream to the CSR- Ensure proper communication to the quality organization the new requirements.**Ensure proper Preparation customer audits / visits to ensure audit / visit success
