- Provides support into the assembly process by identifying root causes for the main issues affecting FPY and OPE metrics.
- Learns and uses quality tools consistent with quality processes to enable the focus on prevention by identifying and performing activities to minimize risks.
- Investigates product and process quality related issues and recommends changes to control plans and/or prints.
- Gathers and analyzes data pertinent to quality tools in the OFP to identify root causes for systematic issues affecting assembly process.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style.
- English proficient.
- Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics.
- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and statistics analysis tools.
- Problem-solving techniques knowledge.
