The group leverages this understanding of powertrain clutching technology to develop interactive control systems and strategies for all types of torque management.BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join Quality Process Supervisor at our SLP PDS Plant in Mexico.In this role, and under direct supervision of the Quality Manager, the Quality Process Supervisor it will be responsible for establishing a continuous process of inspection, testing, analysis and troubleshooting to ensure that quality standards can be met on an ongoing basis in a large organization. Develop and lead the implementation of the philosophy and strategies of quality assurance. Advances and develops quality improvement projects to improve quality, cost, and overall efficiency. It introduces new technology and method.Key Accountabilities- Establishes quality testing policies and processes.- Develops and establishes all quality assurance policies and programs throughout the organization.- Advises programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs, and overall efficiency.- Advises management on the general standard of product quality.- He manages and trains all the personnel in his charge.- Follow up on specific customer requirements, review global customer indicators.- Support in the execution of new product development activities.- Coordinate client audit visits.- Negotiate with customers quality aspects related to the company's products.- Authorize department budgets.- Stop processes when product quality is at risk.**Qualifications**:- Schooling: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, Engineering- Experience time in similar position: More than 10 years of experience, 8 years of experience in quality engineering. More than 5 years of experience at management level.- Technical knowledge required: Demonstrated knowledge of advanced quality planning, inspection equipment and techniques, source fault analysis, statistical distributions, assembly processes, troubleshooting, geometric dimensioning and tolerance, and design software.
