**Quality Control Auditor**
**Role Summary**
- Define the inspection status of the material ensuring the correct flow of non-conforming material.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Release of product in production lines.
- Verify the quality of the product manufactured in the line according to the Inspection Instruction Sheet (HII), ensuring the use of the Checking Fixture and tool for releases.
- Correctly record the results of the inspections in accordance with the Process Inspection Record Sheet (HRIP).
- Coordination and/or preparation of tests for the release of processed material in the production line.
- Monitoring of process parameters according to HII and/or control plan.
- Visual inspection of the product, considering the defects determined in each process: correct labeling.
- Rework Inspection.
- Initial preparation of reports of internal problems detected in the production lines, recording in the log the relevant events that occurred during their workday, leaving a record of the acts and activities carried out, to provide feedback to their counterpart.
- Verify and monitor the correct use of Poka Yokes and rabbit net.
- Feedback to the following levels in case of finding any non-conformity in process.
- The auditor has the authority to stop the production line in case of detecting non-conforming product.
