What will you do?
- Coordinate customer visits for customer witness tests / factory acceptance tests (FAT), either in person or remotely.
- Preparation, coordination and follow-up of the customer witness tests for projects that require it.
- Ensure the coordination of the areas involved with the project for the correct execution of the customer witness tests.
- Direct communication with the customers of the Business Units.
- Ensure the necessary documentation for the customer witness tests.
- Ensure at all times the complete satisfaction of the customer during the witnessing of the tests.
- Ensure that factory policies and standards are followed at all times.
What will you need to succeed?
- Engineer titled (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Instrumentation or Related).
- Skills of negotiation, assertive communication, leadership, organization and customer service.
- Intermediate English (spoken, listened and written).
- Basic knowledge in interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings
- Basic knowledge of low and medium voltage panels and/or their applicable standards
- Management of basic electrical and mechanical tools.
- Desirable knowledge in project management and/or electrical testing of medium and low voltage panels.
