.DescriptionOverview:The Quality Manager Project ensures that internal and external quality requirements are adequately addressed in the project organization.The quality status of project results and project specific processes is checked and recorded by performing suitable verification procedures (e.G. participation in review meetings, development process checks).Deviations of defined standards are recognized in time and reported to management, corrective actions are initiated and tracked.Remark: This role must be assigned to a member of the quality department.In general the role QMP emphasis on two areas: Product Development (QMP PD) and Application Development (QMP AD). The role within the process description does not distinguish between the main emphases.PCC (A-SPICE) auditory for WWSupport quality activities for NACore Responsibilities:Responsibilities QMP PDEnsure legal requirements, automotive standards and internal quality requirements are met, relevant lessons learned are appliedQM plan / support for product segments in Platform and module Development projectsIdentify weak areas or process deviations and push for continuous improvementCoordinate, plan (QPP) and report product family / multiple location validationsIndependent quality reporting (provided by QMS) and escalation management on product segment level (project quality status, 0-km, warranty)Overall QM responsible for change management, participates in CCB (Platform, Series)Responsibilities QMP ADEnsure customer quality requirements and customer quality targets are met, lessons learned are collectedQM plan / support for customer programs in Application Development projectsIdentify weak areas or process deviations and push for continuous improvementCoordinate, plan and report customer specific product validationsProblem resolution management on customer quality complaints / alertsCustomer audit managementQM responsible for customer approvals / communication topics (multiple plants)**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related- Advanced level of english ( interviews will be in english )- At least 5 years of experience in Quality / projects ( new launches and related )- IATF 16949 and ASPICE knowledge- Core tools ( PPAPm, AMEF, Control plan, etc.. )- Very good Customer service SkillsExcellent leadership and man- management skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making- Technical knowledge of product specifics, components, manufacturing technologies and test strategies
