Quality RoutineMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The Quality Routine is the person will be responsible to ensure on shop floor the key strategies to guarantee Innocuity and Quality across Manufacturing Process, leading the investigation of Q Incidents, following up to CAPAs, PCC and PPROs verification, being responsible for Consumer Complaints countermeasures.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Follow up to key activities of Quality Management System for Quality Assurance and Control.- Implements and complies standards of GMP´s in factory.- Ensures implementation and compliance with GMPs in warehouse, transport, distribution, and sales Merchandising.- Quality Projects Leads.- Solution for chronical Quality issues, D incidents, CCPMU´s, Supplier's incidents with production impacts.- Quality KPI´s and KAI´s reports.- Drives factory Quality Operational Reviews and supports implementation of corrective actions to meet recommendations.- Understands hazards, product design and intended use.- Assesses operational Quality risk.- Develops, implements, and updates HACCP plan from design to consumption- Verifies conformance (rigor & content) of the risk plan (e.G.
HACCP) and applicability of intended use.- Conducts process capability validation studies and uses information to validate specification limits.- Applies traceability to all outbound-goods.- Conducts required testing and release to assess Quality throughout delivery cycle (e.G.
out-bound goods, customer delivery, on shelf execution, on-shelf CRQS).- Assesses and approve equipment and process changes in factory for adverse effects on product quality (e.G.
