The Quality Section Manager will be responsible for achieving internal and customer quality targets, maintaining certification of required quality systems, and promoting a zero-defect quality mentality across the organization.
This role will also serve as the site Director representative in the quality system approach and will play a pivotal role in the implementation of Molex vision, quality approach, and our PBM culture.

Our Team The Quality Team at our company is involved in various activities to ensure product performance and conformance, exceeding customer expectations.

What You Will Do Introduce, obtain certification, and maintain quality systems in alignment with business models and customer requirements.Act as the product safety representative with authority to halt production to mitigate risks.Ensure compliance with the Molex vision and MBM culture to achieve profitable growth.Oversee quality standards for New Product Introduction (NPI), supplier management, and internal processes.Coordinate with various teams for NPI evaluation, mass production release, and customer claims management.Develop and execute plans for internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring adherence to ISO9001, IATF 16949, and other standards.Maintain control and calibration systems for measurement and testing equipment.Establish corrective and preventive actions following the 8D problem-solving approach.Manage and update key plant metrics and participate in quality meetings.Work with other departments on the implementation, certification, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems.Manage document control office activities to standardize processes.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Previous proven experience managing similar teams within a manufacturing environment.Engineering degree or similar.Experience with quality systems like ISO9001, IATF, and others based on customer requirements.Knowledge of SPC, UL & CSA, APQP, FMEA, and Control Plan.Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, such as 8D and Six Sigma.Experience in production and quality personnel certification programs.Advanced English proficiency.What Will Put You Ahead Previous experience developing team members.
