Leading investors have joined our journey including Target Global, Declaration Partners, Tiger Global, Kreos Capital, Lurra Capital, Regah Ventures, Kima Ventures and Vine Ventures.**About the Team**:The Supply Chain team oversees all aspects from production at our suppliers' location (Asia, Europe & Americas) to inventory management to delivery and optimization of all sales channels (e-commerce marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, brick & mortar delivery, and more).**About the role**:We are building up our Supply Chain Team in New York City. As **Quality/Sourcing Manager**, you are responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing and quality management activities such as price, T&C negotiations and to ensure continuity of supply, reduce total costs and prepare for future sourcing challenges for the specific product line/category. You are also responsible for developing a quality management system and process.**What you will do**:- Drive the sourcing execution for multi-categories and multi-brands manufactured in the US. Implement supply-based management strategies that lead to source products based on the brand criteria while paying attention to Cost, Quality, Lead-time, on-time delivery, Inventory etc.- Negotiate price based in-depth understanding of raw material, product and components
