The Quality Specialist has the role of deploying and facilitating the quality culture on site ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, and representing the customer's voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. In this role you will provide assistance with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 2 technicians.
- Coordination of product inspections.
- Analyze warranty Claims.
- Support to cost reductions related to internal reworks and warranty claims.
- Attention to costumer inspections on site.

**Your background**:

- Bachelors´s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering.
- New graduate - 2 years experience in Quality positions in metal-mechanical or electrical industry.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015.
- Knowledge in problem resolution processes tools (8Ds, PDCA, RCA).
- Knowledge of 6sigma tools (Yellow belt or greenbelt), experience as internal auditor and team management experience are desirable.
- Advanced English level.
- Open communication skills at all levels, leadership, ability to make desitions, proactive and Selfdirected.
- Focus on costumer satisfaction related to quality process.
- Active Passport and Visa is desirable.
