Quality Specialist

We are looking for a Document Specialist to maintain and distribute IATF 16949:2016 quality system documentation, archive, maintain, and distribute level I, II, III, and IV documents. Maintain document files such as drawings, specifications, and PPAPs. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of documents Keeping track of IATF 16949:2016 Level II, III, and IV Master Lists and Documents, ISO-14001 Level II, and ISO 45001 CURRENT VERSION Follow up on changes to IATF 16949:2016, ISO-14000, and ISO 45001 standards. Distribute new documents to their specific locations. Distribute obsolete documents, except for teachers. Generate weekly reports of audit results by layers Require annual documents from suppliers. Distribution and control of audits by layers. Maintains control of documents, both procedures, work instructions, and Environmental Management System (EMS) formats. Coordinate internal audits Coordinate laboratory activities Review of PPAP and supplier documentation. All types of projects related to the area. Provide training to technicians and auditors Participate in WIP counts Participate in physical inventory Who are we looking for?
