Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Analyzing technical customer requirements and ensuring they are implemented within the product engineering process (PEP)- Performing reviews and assessments to ensure process compliance towards internal and external automotive standards and customer requirements- Support in further developing product and process qualification measures to secure lessons learned- Define the project-specific quality strategy including quality targets and milestones in agreement withproduct development and maintaining the quality manual- Carry out risk assessment based on customer quality requirements (requirement specifications orgeneral customer requirements) using existing processes and methods; identify critical qualityrequirements and reliability risks and as deriving alternatives- Coordinate the initial sample inspection activities with the customer, preparing the initial sample inspection report according to customer specifications and achieving series release from customer- Coordinate and track the relevant quality activities of the different quality roles within the project related quality team**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Graduate in mechanical, mechatronics, electronics or industrial engineering- 4 years of experience in quality / automotive industry, experienced in product validation, product testing, and project launches, mechanical design knowledge (preferable)- Knowledge on quality core tools (Control plan, FMEA, Special characteristics, measuring gauges, test equipment, dimensional management, GD&T) Problem-solving (8D´s, Six Sigma), Lean manufacturing, Kaizen- Coordinating root cause analysis, definition of corrective and preventative actions including effectivenesscheck after implementation- Knowledge in product development processes and project management (desirable)- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.- Exceptional time management skills, listening and analytical skills.- Commitment to achieve deadlines provided and result oriented.- Fluent English (Must)Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Jonathan de Jesus Carrillo MorenoPhone: 33 30 00 76 06
