Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Quality Product Customer Senior (Lighting division).Quality & Customer management process responsible for specific lighting products for Customer, among the activities required to perform this job, customer concern management, Engineer changes quality support & Internal Control Plan implementation.- Responsible quality specialist for designated products in series production and interface to customer quality.- Preventing defective parts from reaching customers.- Processing customer complaints as well as identifying quality problems.- Maintenance of the quality assurance plan and coordination quality matters in case of technical changes.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- ** **Quality Automotive Engineer experience(+2 years)- Core tools high knowledge( PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC & ANPQP)- Customer Quality management (8D´s, DMAIC(Six Sigma), communication skills, etc)- Quality System knowledge(VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, Legal requirements(optional))- Engineer change management- Advanced Technical English (Fluent speaking, Reading & Comprehension).- Electronic & Automotive knowledge (Experience on electronic failures).- Customer Care skills.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**Isabella Lemmen Meyer
