If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Supervisor**, based in **Torreon, Coahuila, México **(E-Systems Division).As Quality Supervisor you will have the opportunity Support all activities related with Customer Support, fortified the manufacturing process, and improve the inspection process.**Your Task will be**- Follow up on systems and procedures for quality control.- Maintain workstations with procedures and visual aids always updated and in good condition, with all first-piece inspection requirements.- Carry out the inspection in process and final audit.- Ensure the taking of corrective actions in the process or in the area, derived from quality problems. 8. Ensure the correct filling of quality records.- Keep control over reworks and draws.- Respect and enforce the quality policy.- Ensure monitoring of quality procedures and systems- Comply with the assigned activities, related to Biosecurity measures and protocol before Covid-19.**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: Engineering Degree or related- 1 year of experience- English intermediate- Knowledge in harnesses process, people management, problem solving techniques, AMEF, IATF, Control Plan.
