We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Supervisor**, based in **Torreon, Coahuila, México **(E-Systems Division).

As Quality Supervisor you will have the opportunity Support all activities related with Customer Support, fortified the manufacturing process, and improve the inspection process.

**Your Task will be**
- Follow up on systems and procedures for quality control.
- Maintain workstations with procedures and visual aids always updated and in good condition, with all first-piece inspection requirements.
- Carry out the inspection in process and final audit.
- Ensure the taking of corrective actions in the process or in the area, derived from quality problems. 8. Ensure the correct filling of quality records.
- Keep control over reworks and draws.
- Respect and enforce the quality policy.
- Ensure monitoring of quality procedures and systems
- Comply with the assigned activities, related to Biosecurity measures and protocol before Covid-19.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Education: Engineering Degree or related
- 1 year of experience
- English intermediate
- Knowledge in harnesses process, people management, problem solving techniques, AMEF, IATF, Control Plan.
