Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Supervisor Assembly.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
Responsible of defining the controls of the quality assurance process that ensure compliance with customer requirements, designs, and standards applicable to our products
- **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Responsible of lead root cause analysis since customer notification until de validation of effectiveness, including the core team.
- Validate the warranties and Quality Notifications according to External DPPM policy.
- Ensure the compliance of quality Key process indicators (DPPMs, IPPMs & Scrap) of their production area and the correct deploy to all functional areas.
- Define and coordinate scrap analysis projects for critical machines and/or top offenders using solving problem tools and achieve the correct implementation of systemic and preventive actions.
- Assure the correct scrap capture on SAP system.
- Manage daily follow up to IICN, including containment (material identification, selection and segregation), improve actions and deploy with production team.
- Specifies with manufacturing and production areas the selection or rework method for nonconformance material.
- Lead the follow up material in MRB and QI by accomplishing the MRB procedure.
- Responsible of the correct identification and segregation of nonconformance material to ensure
- Establishes quality controls using control plan as a primary tool, define measurement methods, ensure that the measurement devices, gages, rabbits, and masters are under metrology control, for current and new projects, process, or products.
- Participate on the implementation and maintenance of the internal, process and product audit, as well as the accomplishment, analysis, and continuous improvement of this process.
