Job based in Fuentes Plant Trim Division

Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses, and automotive electronics. These components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA, and Canada.
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for responding to customer complaints and following up on corrective actions. You will act as a customer representative at our plant.
YOUR TASK WILL BE:

Visit internal and external clients.
Prepare customer complaint matrices and monitor their status.
Assist in coordinating replacements due to quality defects for client plants.
Lead meetings with a multifunctional team to monitor corrective actions.
Attend conferences with clients (progress, trends, etc.).

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Completed engineering degree in any field.
1-3 years minimum in a similar position.
Experience in contact with clients.
Knowledge of 8Ds.
Knowledge of IATF requirements.
Have a visa or approval in process.
