Job based in Fuentes Plant Trim DivisionLear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine. Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses, and automotive electronics. These components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA, and Canada.As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Responding to the customer and following up on complaints about the product sent.Maintaining constant communication on the follow-up and corrective actions of customer complaints and notifications.Being a customer representative at our plant.YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:Visiting internal and external clients.Preparing customer complaint matrices and monitoring status.Assisting in coordination of replacements due to quality defects for client plants.Leading meetings with a multifunctional team to monitor corrective actions.Attending conferences with clients (progress, trends, etc.).TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:Completed engineering degree in any field.SAP as a service provider.
