Quality Supervisor

**NEW CARREER OPPORTUNITY | QUALITY PROCESS ENGINEER****LEAR RAMOS II PLANT****JIT DIVISION**In this position, you will find an excellent opportunity to coordinate and ensure the quality in the process of the products of our client GM. Your key objective will be maintain a quality management system in the process, through the definition of acceptance and rejection; product analysis and testing for correct decision making in order to meet the requirements of our customers and Plant objectives; following the norms andpolicies of both the Quality Management System and internal Ramos plant as well as the Lear corporate ones.**Your tasks will be**- Review, analyze and provide a quick and effective solution to both internal and external quality problems reported by residents or customer.- Personal administration under your responsibility, improve the personnel inspection system- Actively participate in compliance and monitoring of the IATF standard.- Support all management activities program incluiding QMS and customer specific requirements.**To be successfull in this role you will need**:- Bachelor degree in Engineering- Minimum 3 years working in the function within a manufacturing environment, working in the launch process.- Preferable to have worked with GM costumer.- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability- Strong knowledge in Core Tools, IATF, VDA, Problem solving,- Proficient EnglishLI-DNI
