Job Title: Quality Project Supervisor

Purpose of the Job:
- Ensure/provide a safe and healthy environment to our people and to our contractors.
- Minimize impacts on the Environment (environmental footprint of operations & management of historical pollution). Protect Alstom assets and reduce risks of business interruption resulting from fire and natural catastrophes.
- Inspection of part / product / train / installation.
- Follow Quality Control Plan of DIS and Quality Assurance Plan.
- Reporting of defects & ensure product compliance (check after rework).

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES
Key accountabilities:
- Support Project Quality manager for QA Topics
- Cooperate with the internal resources to achieve Quality objectives.
- Support the Project to Quality Manager to level System and Quality DIS System to implement quality procedures, quality control plan and quality assurance plan in field operations.
- Develop Project Quality
- Support the Project Quality Manager Level System and Project Quality DIS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 9001:2015).
- Quality Compliance
- Assist the Project Quality Manager of DIS to ensure compliance of the project activities according to the Quality Plan, guidelines, and work instructions.
- Perform Quality legal compliance checks for specific requirements.
- Develop Quality culture in the project
- Inform, instruct,
and train employees to carry out the work in safe & environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement.
- Training in Quality Management System to personnel operative.
- Motivate operational staff by applying quality animation.
- Prepare operational personnel aware of self-inspection.
- Participate in the implementation of the project Quality training programs by providing Quality inductions and ensuring Toolbox meetings are organized.
- Report, Measure & Review
- Support the Quality Project Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyze accidents/incidents to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the preparation of monthly Quality reports.
- Support to follow KPI of Quality.
- Support to 8D procedures.
- Carry out inspections of work areas and carry out Quality audits and report any discrepancy.
EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements:
- Mandatory:
- University Engineer or Business Degree
- Quality Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities in the country of operation (when required).
- Desirable:
- Degree level Quality Management System Diploma or Degree level
Experience:
- Mandatory:
- Professional experience 1 year (can be adjusted depending on the size of the Project).
- Experience of almost 3 years in Quality.
- Highly recommended experience for projects.
- Knowledge of railway systems.
- Good knowledge and understanding of: ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO45001.
- Deep knowledge of local legal EHS requirements.
- Desirable:
- Experience in railway is a plus.
