**Responsibilities**
- Adapt responsibilities based on evolving business needs.
- Audit and enhance data accuracy in the cloud, investigating and rectifying issues.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve user problems.
- Contribute to product and algorithm improvements through feedback.
- Interpret completion documents to generate data input files.
- Gain expertise in supported systems, supporting their configuration and maintenance.
- Participate in Cloud QA under Product Manager's guidance.
- Engage in on-call rotation and 24/7 Help Desk support.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures.
**Schedule**:
- Rotation schedule.
- 15 shifts on, 6 days off.
- 12 hour shifts.
- The Group of shifts will alternate between days and nights.
**Qualifications**
- Engineering Degree
- 100% English proficiency (Bilingual)
- Practical experience with Wireless and LAN networks,
- Problem-solving mentality
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Microsoft Excel skills - intermediate/advanced
- Preferred: Software knowledge
- Bonus skills: SQL, Networking, MongoDB, VBA.
