When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.**About the Role**- This position develops monitoring activities to ensure the administration of the quality management system**Your Team**N/A**What You Will Do**- Follow-up activities in the internal audit program of the SGC, as well as support in follow-up activities to the results such as the audit program and competence needs of the auditors.- Participate as an auditor or audit team leader in internal audits of the management system.- Support the SGC Coordinator in the activities of the internal audit program (monthly notification, audit programming, support during the audit, follow-up of the results report, closing meetings, delivery of results.- Monitoring NC activities (folio request, monitoring dates, validation and revalidation of the action plan).- Support in the execution of auditor training.- Filling of records for the measurement of the SGC.- Administration of the LPA audit program, as well as their monitoring and capture.- Coordination of non-conformities opened by the LPA source.- Coordination and execution of training for LPA auditors in their different stages.- Maintenance of LPA audit checklists based on Harman's needs.- Participate as an auditor in the assigned LPA audits.- Maintenance of the matrix of document approvers (primary and backups)- Generation of weekly / monthly reports based on the established KPIs- Creation and update of the PA's, SOP's, SAWI's corresponding to the document control processes and the audit program.- Participation in training and activities required in the department.- Comply with area and company security policies and practices.- Support and encourage active participation and comply with the company's values and objectives.- Support physical inventory activities**What You Need**- Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.- Knowledge of the 19011:2011 standard- Basic knowledge in the CQI-8 standard- Management of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering equivalent.- English 70%- 1 year of previous experience in a maquiladora.- 1 year of experience as a Document Control supervisor.- 1 year of experience as lead auditor in ISO 9000**What is Nice to Have**- What is Nice to Have?- Communication skills (oral and written)- Planning and organization capacity- Leadership ability- Initiative- Ability to solve problems- Teamwork skills- Ability to manage personnel**What Makes You Eligible**- Willingness to work in an office.- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
