Ensure that applicable requirements are incorporated, deployed, and verified. Perform internal audits as needed to validate ongoing compliance. Complete ongoing training to remain certified as a lead auditor and offer training to others as part of the continuing education process.
Responsibilities include: Quality Tools and Methods Specialist: Coach or lead cross-functional teams to meet quality system and tools requirements in manufacturing and support departments (8D, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, CIP, etc.). Support the setting of departmental goals and coaching associates to achieve them.Planning and conducting process and system audits of manufacturing and support departments, including internal audits according to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, etc.Maintenance of management processes in the plant.Successfully working and interacting within cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve business objectives.Working independently on departmental projects to improve quality of processes.Goal and result-oriented independent working capabilities.Following and developing structured approaches for more complex tasks.Coordinating and managing the CAR system simultaneously.Coordination of the concession process.QualificationsDegree in an Engineering discipline.3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Superior written and oral communication skills to independently prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, and author procedures.Strong team facilitation skills and the ability to motivate teams and individuals not in a direct line.Ability to interface with the organization to solve problems as well as develop and implement training courses.Certified AS9100/ISO 9001 Internal Auditor; preferred Lead Auditor.Advanced level of English language for written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.Six Sigma expert and FMEA expert preferred.
