**SUMMARY**
Ensure and supervise compliance with the applicable automotive regulations of plant 1 assembly and plant 2 rolls, as well as the requirements and specifications of the client in accordance with the quality system and the guidelines and policies of Inalfa.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILIITIES**:
- Update the quality management system ensuring compliance with applicable automotive regulations, as well as specific customer requirements.
- Schedule and ensure compliance with internal and external audits on an annual basis.
- Follow up and ensure the closure of non-conformities and findings derived from internal and external audits in conjunction with the responsible team.
- Manage internal deviations generated by the multidisciplinary team and ensure their closure within the established time.
- Manage and generate management reports of compliance with the quality management system, QRCM / LLMS, ensuring it is in accordance with the established deadlines.
- Ensure that the quality management system within the SharePoint platform is kept up-to-date and in order.
- Ensure the dissemination of updated documents by the multidisciplinary team and compliance with the requirements of the quality management system (procedures, instructions, formats, records, control plans, etc.).
- Schedule on time and report compliance of LPAs audits with the use of the SMARTLPA system.
- Support the different areas of the company in understanding and complying with regulations and specific customer requirements.
- Schedule and lead management reviews.
- Make requisitions of purchase orders to cover the expenses of external audits and management software.
- Carry out and/or participate in scheduled internal audits (LPA's, Product Audit, IATF, 5s).
- Support and coach client and system audits **(IATF 16949, CCAP, VDA 6.3, BIQs, MSA Q1, TRL's, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, TISAX, CTPAT, IMS**).
- Compliance with information security requirements (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).
