.We are looking for a Quality System Coordinator to join our Quality team. Based in Piedras Negras-Mexico, the candidate will develop, improve, and maintain the current quality system, assuming responsibility for on-going system maintenance and effectiveness of operation, perform Management review process which includes audit findings, customer feedback, suppliers, data establishing process trends = 'KPI's etc. Job responsibilities: Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001).Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing management system related documents.Train all company personnel in the documented company policies.Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.Conduct all quality system and customer compliance audits.Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks. Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in automotive related industry.English proficiency (80%).Formal training in ISO requirements.Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor active certification.Basic understanding of O.E.M. quality requirements and their effect on a manufacturing system.Basic knowledge in metrology and measurement systems.Knowledge of Organizational Quality Objectives. Strong knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, tools, and quality manufacturing processes.Strong communication skills.Analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Teamwork.
