Quality System Engineer

Valeo is a tech global company, designing breakthrough solutions to reinvent the mobility.We are an automotive supplier partner to automakers and new mobility actors worldwide.Our vision?Invent a greener and more secured mobility, thanks to solutions focusing on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions.We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Responsible to coordinate the creation and the maintenance of the Quality System with regards IATF requirementsOrganize Quality System Audits in accordance with the Audit scheduleEnsure readiness to ISO, IATF, VDA, customer (re-)certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-auditsPerform any other internal audits (Process audits project audits, StEDE) allowing to detect and highlight discrepancies vs. the standardPrepare the Quality System Management review providing deployment status to the management staff Audit the V self-assessment for Total Quality axeTrain people on process audit and certify them as assistant PQA auditors and train internal ISO/TS auditors.Ensure Internal Procedure/Policy are in line with Customer and Automotive industry requirementMonitor conformance by audit, as Management representativeCoordinate IMS ActivityPerform Quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency)Organize self-assessments & pre-audits for customer audits (MMOG, Supplier Health Check, QSB+ etc.)Support the coordination of the Systemic Recovery PlanEnsure that the customer portals can be accessed for each customer which has a supplier portal, and that monthly reviews of the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) are done, and any changes in the CSR is communicated to project & operational team members.Experience in Quality or Audit (2 years)Prior experience in ISO / IATF certification
