Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing quality system, process & product internal audits according to requirements as a lead auditor. Prepare, coordinate, and carry out quality management reviews according to defined intervals. Participate in training activities for quality tools, metrics, and various topics. Develop tools to support the company in monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and improving processes as well as customer satisfaction. Update monthly KPIs related to the Quality Management System. Ensure that the company takes corrective actions to eliminate non-conformity causes to avoid reoccurrence as well as preventive actions to eliminate potential non-conformities. Control documents required for the integrated management system. Identify, communicate, and assure the implementation of customer-specific requirements. Responsible for attending quality system audits from customers, headquarters, and certification bodies. Establish quality system objectives together with the Quality Manager. Introduce, permanently improve, and develop the management system and continue improving our processes (interface optimization) at the location in accordance with IATF 16949. Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements (IATF 16949 and ISO 9001). Accomplish the requirements of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. Adhere to the environmental policy and objectives, understanding the aspects and impacts of the environment as well as the emergency plan. Communicate with the Business Unit for global topics related to QMS. Qualifications: Education: Industrial, mechanical, electromechanical Engineer or similar. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in the automotive industry. English: Advanced proficiency. ERP: SAP experience. Compliance with annual audits (IATF/VDA 6.3). LPA program compliance. Timely closure of non-conformities for audits. Knowledge of ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN standards. Familiarity with IATF System (CARA PORTAL). Lead auditor/Internal auditor for IATF 16949. Internal auditor for ISO 14001
