**About the Role**:
**Essential functions, responsibilities, and duties**:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to software and user interactions.
- Perform regular software updates and upgrades, ensuring that all software is up-to-date and secure
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain and update system documentation, including user manuals and software configuration files
- Provide technical support to end-users, including software installation, troubleshooting, and training
- Implement and manage software licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligation
- Develop and implement work instructions related to quality systems.
- Provide training to employees on system use regarding quality standards and processes
- Ensure that all documentation related to quality management is accurate and up-to-date
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality management system
- Support the quality systems department as required.
**Skills and requirements**:
- Proven experience with software deployment, software support, and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
**Extra Credit but not required**:
- Prior experience with Unipoint a plus but not required.
- Prior experience with document control and quality standards is preferred.
