**Quality Systems Coordinator**
**Position Objective**:
Manage, design, develop, coordinate and carry out all Process Quality Systems, as well as compliance, administration of area resources and compliance with administrative and productive performance indicators.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in an **Engineering** discipline.
- **3+ years'** experience in manufacturing environment.
- Independent working capabilities**:Goal and result oriented**.
- Superior written and **oral communication skills** to independently prepare and deliver presentations, training materials and author procedures.
- Strong team facilitation skills and the ability **to motivate teams** and individuals not in a direct line.
- Ability to interface with the organization **to solve problems** as well as develop and implement training courses.
- Certified **ISO 9001 / & IATF 16949** Internal Auditor/ preferred Lead auditor
- Solid and verifiable knowledge of risk assessment in a diverse range of situations **ISO 31000**:
- Advanced level of **English language**
**Main Activities**:
- Planning and conducting internal system and documentary audits according to internal audit plan according to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
- Communicates audit results, defines and follows up action plans, monitoring implementation and effectiveness of actions implemented.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard as well as the customer specific requirements.
- Coordinate 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits.
- Successfully working and interaction within cross-functional teams internal and external to achieve business objectives.
- Administration and monitoring of the corrective action system and Read-Across
- Working independently on department projects to improve quality of processes.
- Reviews and updates local documents, procedures handbooks and quality manuals in accordance with corporate Manuals, policies, procedures, instructions, control plans and customer requirements.
- Oversees that the documents are under latest revision status. Issues local documents and shares corporate documents to concerned parties through plant's specific document sharing tool and assures its availability.
- Supervises that the necessary documents are well displayed in the plant (visual aids, technical instructions, process & product parameters) and follows up QMS action plan realization.
- Reviews QMS and documentation KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Quality Department and the Company's objectives.
- Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non-disclosure agreement.
