**Position Objective**:Under general guidance, will ensure maintenance of Keeson's Quality Management System (QMS) standards and processes in North America to ensure products meet defined standards and requirements.**Some responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Maintain all relevant systems, procedures, standards & requirements as defined/outlined in the Keeson Quality Management System (QMS).- Interface with appropriate departments and customers to ensure products are produced to the required standards.- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of QMS related objectives.- Respond rapidly to questions from factory employees, Ergomotion and Keeson teams, customers, and management to meet production Quality Goals and customer needs; provide technical expertise as required.- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with Keeson's Quality Management System.- Undertake internal and process audits of the QMS as directed.- Pursue thorough investigation of root cause to Ensure corrective actions & preventative measure are sufficient for addressing nonconformities.- Verify closure of non-conformities via confirmation of corrective action/preventative measure effectiveness through data collection.- Organize and compile quality data to achieve clear, consistent, efficient processing and reporting of Quality Statistics.- Liaise between customers, Ergomotion and Keeson teams regarding Quality Issues, Product Performance, requirements & standards.- Maintain the Quality Assurance process to support continuous quality improvement as necessary through audit reviews & reporting procedures.- Maintain quality data in an orderly, systematic, and usable form to allow for accurate, and retrievable information in a timely manner.- Provide input into the corrective action process that includes collecting, monitoring, organizing, resolving, and providing timely feedback on quality issues.- Maintain formalized RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) reporting for North America.**What the successful incumbent brings**:- Associate degree in related field plus 2 years quality systems experience, or equivalent, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.- **Fluent verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish**.- Availability to work extended hours including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.- Willingness to travel up to 20% of time (domestic & international).Pay: $150,000.00 - $178,000.00 per hour**Experience**:- quality systems: 2 years (required)- manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)- furniture industry: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)- Fluent Spanish (required)Work Location: In person
