**Job Purpose**:
Coordinate the Quality Personnel of the plant Quality Auditors, Quality Technicians and Quality Engineers in their charge through developing, implementing and improving methods, techniques and procedures of the Integral Quality System and the manufacturing processes, in order to ensure that it meets the internal requirements, the customer, and ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Contribute to the resolution of internal problems, external audits and/or customer complaints. Ensure the quality of processed and finished products, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, to ensure that they meet the requirements and specifications established by the customer and internal standards.
Comply with the necessary corrective and preventive actions in an effective and timely manner, derived from the audits of the Quality System, to ensure the updating and operation of the Comprehensive Quality System.
Control, issuance and registration of RMAs for returns due to customer complaints
Participate in meetings with Clients in the review of 8D, in the definition and explanation of Root Cause and Corrective Actions.
