Currently, we have careers that Change Lives as:**Quality Systems Engineer****Requirements**:**Education**:Bachelor's degree in communications, electronics, industrial, informatics, computing, or equivalent.**Experience**:2 to 4 years of experience in contract manufacturers for fabrication2 to 4 years of experience in the implementation and evaluation of Quality Management Systems**Knowledge**:- Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485- Quality Planning and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP, Quality Assurance and Control, Supplier Quality- Quality System Auditing- Expertise in consumer, regulatory, and industrial quality standards- Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA y CP)- Problem-solving using various core tools, including AIAG, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, DOE- Problem-solving techniques: Process Improvement, Kaizen, 5S Technique, Value Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Capability/SPC, Specification, Measurement and Process Capability, Flowcharts, Pareto charts, Fishbone, Improvement Techniques, Quality Circles, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, Seven Tools of Quality,- Control Charts and Graphs.**Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems, excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, fluent in the English language, excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, open to adopting established company policies.**Responsibilities**:Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management Systems in one of our plantsActive participation in the preparation and execution of effective internal audits that lead to the improvement of our business processes.Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensures activities and items comply with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures are followed. May assure compliance with in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations.
