Company Description**Job Description**:The Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for managing distinct areas within the Quality Assurance department. This individual maintains and develops administrative and operational policies, procedures, and systems necessary to assure quality within the organization and works with other functional groups to make sure they are carried out. This includes the coordination of internal & external audits and managing the corrective action system. Responsible for the audit of procedures in the repair station. Responsible for the development of audit plans to assure that all procedures are audited.Primary Accountabilities:- Support the development and maintenance of the corrective and preventative action (CAPA) system, internal non-conformance, audit findings and COS systems, follow-up within the organization and throughout the supply chain.- Establish programs, policies, procedures, and systems to assure quality within the organization and works with other functional groups to make sure they are carried out.- Participate and support activities involving compliance with applicable regulatory and management system- Coordinate Internal & External Audit activity as Lead Auditor. Drive completion of audit schedule and corrective actions- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to company personnel.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in in Industrial, Mechanical Engineer or similar.- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.- Knowledge: Quality Management System certification knowledge (ISO9000, ISO 17025, AS9100, Nadcap, CASE) & Audit experience.- English (90% conversational and written).- Responsible, Organized, Sense of urgency.- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.- Valid US Visa- Willingness to Travel.Additional Information**Limitless Opportunities**Chromalloy offers challenging assignments, great teams, development and training, and exciting opportunities to enhance your skills, abilities and knowledge.Chromalloy maintains a drug-free workplace and performs pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks.
