If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Systems Engineer**, based in **Torreon.**_ _(E-Systems Division).As Quality Systems Engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Regional Quality Manager.**Your tasks will be**:- Audit the monitoring of Lear's Quality procedures.- Schedule external ISO/ IATF16949 certification audits and coordinate prior activities.- Inform plant personnel about changes in the IAFT 16949 standard, or changes in internal procedures.- Conduct audits of critical quality disciplines.- Carry out ramp audits - dock audit - according to a previously established plan.- Audit product and process to ensure they meet design guidelines.**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**- Education Industrial Engineering or any related field.- Computer package management.- Internal Auditor.- 2 years of experience in Quality field.- English Intermediate level.- Knowledge of IATF 16949.- Good customer service.- Problem solving skills.LI-DNI- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
