Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob Duties:Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), staying abreast of requirements.Leads internal QMS audits, ensuring our systems and products meet compliance. Prepares yearly QMS audit schedule. Schedules and leads quarterly management review meetings.Coordinates external QMS audits. Leads initiatives to ensure adequate preparation. Participates in external audits. Ensures effective and timely closure of audit findings.Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.Manages all controlled documents in our system. Distribute controlled documents.Manages corrective action/preventative action reports. Ensures timely closure for assigned actions.Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Tracks data and trends related to ISO/quality objectives and targets.Ensures timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.Follow all policies and procedures.Experiencia y requisitosRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of quality and auditing experience.
