Leading and support Process Lines quality area including monitoring and compliance of nadcap requirements (quality assurance requirements)Coordinate with Support Team to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers in a timely manner.? Supporting product development and production by reviewing and assuring proper quality requirements are met and that Quality Standards are implemented and followed per customer.Provide technical support relative to quality, quality trends, real time problem resolution, and have a bias for action to correct any adverse issues; Leading and supporting requirements relative to internal and external audits, as well as ongoing monitoring and verification that work is being performed in full support of compliance requirements.Monitoring quality metrics and leading Quality clinic patients (8D methodology).In addition, develop and execute the Quality initiatives to improve quality process.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace Experience preferred).1 - 3 years of experience in same position.PC skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work closely as a team with other international locations.Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Experience in leading, supporting Quality Systems Audits.
