**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Monitor of Internal KPIs (Accepted PPM, SCRAP, Inventories Accuracy)
- Development and approve changes in the MQ Test (control plan tests for appliance laboratory).
- Coordinate Quality Projects included on TIP for Area
- Create, Develop and Approve any change in the Control Plan.
- Receive and Analyze pieces of Quality Notifications sent by CQM´s to the factory
- All Complaints.
- Follow up Customer Complaints and update them in IQOS (SAP).
Follow up 8D's with Customer Complaint Technicians.
- Customer Complaints Communication (internal and externally).
- Update notifications in IQOS (SAP).
D3 or D8 complaints.
**Background & Skills**:
- Industrial Enginering, IMA, IME
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- _Communication skills_
- Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
- Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
- Ability to read and understand quality cycle.
- Customer Service mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure are necessary traits
- Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
