You will manage production line quality compliance, coordinate quality audits, and provide valuable feedback on manufacturing quality levels.Our TeamYou will be part of the Global Shared Plants (GSP) division in Guadalajara, working closely with quality auditors and engineers. Our team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing product quality standards through rigorous auditing processes and continuous improvement strategies.What You Will DoLead and coordinate quality audits across production lines to ensure compliance with quality systems and standards.Provide quality support to production lines and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.Collaborate with Quality Engineering to develop inspection plans in line with client specifications.Participate in quality improvement teams and contribute to training and certification of production and quality audit staff.Oversee the validation and review of process, final product, and rework audits.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Technical degree or equivalent; engineering background preferred.Basic knowledge of quality and production systems, including ISO9000 / IATF16949 / VDA 6.3 / ISO 13485.Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control, product and production line audits, and problem-solving techniques.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic English proficiency, both written and conversational.What Will Put You AheadExperience with SAP software.Knowledge of ESD procedures and audit execution.Familiarity with Control Plans, FMEA, and use of measurement equipment.Previous involvement in First Article Inspection Reports and R&R inspections.Demonstrated leadership in coordinating quality audit resources and personnel.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
